Restaurant allergen menu software
Dietary questions often start at the table, but the answers depend on information from the kitchen. Can I Dine?™ helps restaurant teams publish an allergy-aware menu that brings dish ingredients, available modifications, and preparation notes into the guest's ordering conversation.
Build from the menu you already use
Upload a PDF, image, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint menu. The upload workflow prepares dish names and menu information for staff review. It gives your team a starting point; the restaurant must check the extracted details against its actual recipes, supplier information, and kitchen practices.
Review each dish before publishing. Include components such as sauces, garnishes, dressings, and cooking oils when they affect the information a guest needs. Record changes when ingredients or preparation methods change.
Show modifications that the kitchen can support
A dish may need a removable ingredient left off or an available substitution made. Record those options so the guest can see what to discuss with staff. A modification is useful only when it reflects how the restaurant can actually prepare the dish.
Guests can select multiple allergies and dietary restrictions together. The menu separates suggested dishes, possible modifications, and dishes to avoid using the restaurant information available to the system. Missing or unclear information still needs a conversation with staff.
Make cross-contact information part of the menu
Ingredients and preparation are different questions. A dish's listed ingredients do not describe everything that may happen on a shared fryer, grill, station, or surface. Restaurant teams can disclose cooking oils and cross-contact information alongside the menu.
Can I Dine?™ supports communication; it does not inspect the kitchen, certify an allergen-free environment, or replace staff confirmation. Guests should tell staff about their restrictions and confirm the preparation of their order.
Choose a plan for your restaurant operation
A single restaurant can start with its own branded QR menu. The pricing page also describes options for multiple menus, restaurant groups, and larger hospitality operations. Review the current plan details and limits before choosing a subscription.
An approved restaurant trial provides time to upload a menu, review the guest experience, and decide how the workflow fits your team. See the trial request page for current approval, payment, and renewal terms.
